Feature:
Endless conveyor belt type. The weld is done by hot vulcanization, so it is strong as the belt body. when manufacture we make the endless conveyor belt by vulcanizing,the feature is that the fabric is twining with no joint,which makes sure of the stable service life of the belt. And the surface of the belt is smooth and even in tension,due to which the belt can runs smoothly and its elongation in working is low.
Applications:
It is very suitable for mid-short distance and high-speed conveying.
Optional sidewall/cleats can be added

Standards: Can be manufactured following various fabric standards: GB/T7984, GB/T10822, HG3714, HG3782, DIN2210, AS1332, JISK6322

Note:
Recommend to use impact wire mesh for carcass, combined with heat resistant and ageing resistant cover compounds, will be more suitable for conveying high temperature materials

Hot Vulcanization:

 

Endless Conveyor Belt Splicing:

Conveyor belt can be rendered endless by jointing the two ends of a length of belt  either by vulcanized splicing or by using mechanical fasteners.The former is recommended for better results.Hot vulcanizing method of belts are followed by HIC for best durability.

Splicing:V shaped (often called diamond)type of joints are strongly recommended.The extra length required to make the belt endless to requisite size shall be calculated by the following formula:

Splice Length= W+150 (N-2)+25mm where.
W is width of belt(in mm),N is the number of piles.
